Abstract
This study is aimed at identifying active tectonic phenomena at a radius of 300 km from the site of the construction of a "near-fault nuclear site". In this study, all of the tectonic phenomena, and in particular the terrestrial active processes, are identified and mapped, satellite imagery and aerial photographs. Another important part of the study is the study of seismic properties of faults and seismic history in the studied area. Seismic history including features of earthquakes and historical earthquakes in the area of the project. Historical and device earthquake catalogs have been investigated and pre-seismic and aftershock data have been removed from existing data. Seismicity coefficients are estimated and suitable fallow relations for the studied range are selected. The probable risk analysis has been carried out for the scope of the study and the response spectra have been estimated and presented. The values obtained for the return periods of 475 years, 2,475 years and 10,000 years indicate a significant difference in the spectrum obtained with the 2800 rule.
