There are two subduction and advection zones in the earth that result in the creation of a collapse- formation cycle of the material structures and tectonic units. These tectonic units rotate on a geological time scale between these two zones. The center of this tectonic unit is located at a depth of 2000km between the two mantles. Accordingly, the Earth is made up of 12 tectonic units (the number of main tectonic plates) that result of their interaction with the collapse - formation cycle of matter structures is all geological activities. This article proves that this spinning tectonic unit is the key to answering all earth activities
