چکیده
In this paper, wave motion in an anisotropic poroelastic half-space underlying water is investigated. The equations of motion, which consists of displacements of solid skeleton and pore fluid pressure as the unknowns, for a transversely isotropic poroelastic medium, in the absence of body forces, subjected to a time-harmonic excitation is solved. Potential functions and integral transforms are used together to handle the equations of motion in two media. The time-harmonic excitation with arbitrary shape is assumed to be distributed in the interface of liquid and porous media. Green’s functions of displacements are derived and plotted. Demonstration of the effect of degree of material anisotropy on the dynamic response is considered.
