Due to many studies are being carried out on the groundwater near urban areas in Iranian metropolises Mashhad city located in Khorasan Razavi province as the second metropolis is no exception. In order to explore the groundwater level of Mashhad, geoelectric studies were performed by sounding and profiling methods in the city. First, the data were interpreted qualitatively and then in order to accurately determine the thickness and specific strength of the layers, using Resix and Res2Dinv software, modeling was performed in the study area. Using the results of the data obtained from soundge and piezometers around the city, the groundwater level was determined in Mashhad.
