There have long been rumors about Mount Jam campus. One of the rumors is that there are severe geomagnetic anomalies in the mountain that cause metal to be absorbed or the cars to move uphill. In this study, the geomagnetic properties of a part of the mountain were investigated by magnetometry method and no unusual magnetic anomalies were observed. And the reason for these rumors is the specific shape of the mountain, as well as the error of vision known as Gravity Hill. This is due to the disappearance of the horizon from the observer's eyes. There was also a magnetic anomaly that is related to the geological structure and not related to the magnetic properties of the mountain.
